Leave the game in the app. You don't need to message us.
Open the game and tap Leave game. If you added friends, the button says Manage spots.
Tap the trash icon next to your name, then tap Leave game to confirm.
Will I get my money back? Leave at least 24 hours before the game starts and you get the full amount back in game credits. Within 24 hours of the start, you won't get anything back.
Did we change your game? If we changed the time, facility, or field or court, or combined it with another game, you can leave up to 30 minutes before it starts and get the full amount back in game credits. See What happens if my game is canceled or changed?
Want a different game? Leave this one, then book the one you want. If you leave at least 24 hours before, you get game credits, applied automatically at checkout. Within 24 hours you won't get anything back, so switching means paying for the new game.
Booked friends too? Tap Manage spots, tap the trash icon next to each friend and tap Remove, then remove your own spot.
