Check Where You'll Play on the game page before you set off. It shows the facility address and, at bigger facilities, the field or court.
Arrive at the arrival time, not the start time. It gives you room to find the field, meet the group and be ready when the game starts.
Can't find the field or court? On the game page, tap We'll help you find it under Where You'll Play. It opens a chat with us that already knows which game you're at, so we can point you there. You can also ask the players already there in Chat With Players.
Gate locked or nobody can let you in? Ask facility staff or security, then message us with the facility and time. We can contact the facility while you're there. Never pay the facility to play a GoodRec game: games are paid in the app only.
