Picking up games: in the app, find games that need a Host in a city and sport where you host, and tap Join as a host on the ones you want. It's first come, first served, and you can take several at once.
Want the same game every week? Tap Request to join as a host on a recurring game. We review requests within 24 hours. Don't see that option yet? Message us with your availability.
Your hosting preferences: set your availability, distance from home and Preferred Venues in Hosting Preferences, so games that fit you show first.
Can't host a game? Remove yourself in the app as early as you can, so we can find someone else. Within 90 minutes of the start you can't remove yourself in the app, so message us instead. Dropping late can lead to a strike. See How do Host ratings and strikes work?
Found your own cover? Tell us who's taking it, so the game shows the right Host. Your cover must also be a GoodRec Host.
Don't see the option to host? Check you're looking at a city and sport where you host, then close and reopen the app. Still missing? Message us.
